Smooth Media is looking for a Brand Partnerships Associate to join our team. This role is great for someone early in their career with an interest in advertising, media and creators.

In this role, you'd be working on our revenue services team to secure and manage advertising campaigns that reach our targeted B2B audiences. If you love getting your hands dirty in a bunch of different areas, learning new things on the fly and having your work really matter, keep reading.

What you'll do:

  • Outreach: Develop relationships with on-target B2B brands in the industries and functions we operate in
  • Media Planning: Create media plans based on brand’s KPIs, budget and marketing goals
  • Campaign Coordination: Ensure successful activation, fulfillment, and renewal of advertising campaigns
  • Campaign Reporting: Analyze campaign data/reporting and provide optimization recommendations to brands

What we're looking for:

  • You’re a self-starter and are prepared to thrive on a small team
  • You're curious, a quick learner and a strong communicator
  • Willing to wear many hats throughout the day
  • Interest in or experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience in digital media and/or the creator economy a plus but not required
  • Excited at the prospect of helping to shape the strategy of a quickly growing media company
