Account Coordinator, Energy Central

Through strategic advertising campaigns, sponsored content, online events, and more, our brand partnerships bring valuable resources and perspectives to the Energy Central community.

We’re looking for a full-time Account Coordinator to help manage these partnerships, ensure flawless execution of campaigns, and support operational excellence across our client programs. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to build strong relationships that fuel Energy Central’s growth.

What you'll do:

  • Manage assigned client accounts, serving as the main point of contact to build strong, lasting partnerships. Ensure client needs are met and campaigns deliver results.

  • Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, which may include newsletters, podcasts, online events, and other media products, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

  • Collect, analyze, and present campaign performance data. Share actionable insights with clients to drive continuous improvement and highlight campaign value.

  • Keep internal systems and processes running efficiently by maintaining and improving templates, documentation, and CRM records.

What we're looking for:

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and can manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • You’re adaptable, eager to learn, and a strong communicator who can explain complex ideas clearly.

  • Attention to detail is your superpower, and you’re skilled at spotting opportunities for improvement.

  • Familiarity with digital media and advertising is a plus, but not required.
