Creator Partnerships Coordinator

We’re looking for a Creator Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a great role for someone deeply interested in the creator economy, excited about building relationships, and wired to stay organized and ahead of the ball.

As a Creator Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll make sure brand campaigns run smoothly and support creators operationally so they are able stay focused on what they do best: making great content.

What you'll do:

  • Be the bridge between creators and brands — coordinating communication, gathering feedback, and helping ensure everything stays on track

  • Support brand campaigns — from creating deliverable trackers and reviewing drafts to prepping briefs, submitting content, and logging performance data

  • Keep creators organized — sharing reminders, prepping materials, and keeping tabs on timelines and tasks

  • Maintain operational excellence — updating internal systems, organizing Google Drive folders, keeping Notion clean, and helping streamline how we work

  • Jump in where needed — helping with creator onboarding, creator ops support, and anything else that helps the team run smoothly

  • Represent Smooth — you’ll be in external comms regularly, so you’ll need to communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy

What we're looking for:

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and can manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • You’re adaptable, eager to learn, and a strong communicator who can explain complex ideas clearly.

  • Attention to detail is your superpower, and you’re skilled at spotting opportunities for improvement.

  • Bonus: you’ve had some exposure to project management, creator marketing, or account coordination — but not required
