Creator Partnerships Manger

We’re looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. You live and breathe the creator world, love building relationships, and thrive as a trusted sounding board. You’ll help creators think big about their growth — and be the person they call when they land a big opportunity or need help getting unstuck.

You’ll manage your own roster and lead the charge on bringing new creators into the Smooth fold.

This is a high-impact, external-facing role for someone who’s ready to take ownership. You’ve got a sharp eye for talent, a bias toward action, and a genuine love for helping creators grow. You’re excited to help shape the future of creator management — and build it with us.

What you'll do:

  • Manage creator relationships — act as a strategic partner to a roster of Smooth creators, helping them grow and manage their businesses

  • Collaborate cross-functionally — work closely with our Brand Partnerships teams to strategically and tactically execute brand campaigns with the creators you manage

  • Lead creator acquisition — identify and onboard new creators who align with Smooth’s values and thesis

  • Spot growth opportunities — from new channels to live events, you’ll help creators take a strategic approach to where and how they grow their businesses

  • Represent Smooth — you’ll be in external comms regularly, so you’ll need to communicate clearly and professionally

What we're looking for:

  • You have 4+ years of relevant experience — creator management is great, but we’re open to folks from partnerships, talent, strategy, media, or account management backgrounds

  • You’re a relationship-builder — you thrive on communication, trust, and helping others succeed

  • You’re proactive and organized — you know how to juggle a lot and still hit your deadlines

  • You care about quality — from writing a tight email to pitching a complex deal, you take pride in doing things well

  • You’re based in NYC or want to be — the team comes into our NYC headquarters four days a week (Mon-Thurs)
