Senior Creator Partnerships Coordinator
Smooth Media is the talent management company for knowledge creators — the people teaching, explaining, and breaking down the world through smart, insightful content. We serve as a true strategic partner to our creators — an extension of their team that helps them run, grow, and professionalize their business. A huge part of that is securing and executing brand partnerships that align with their audience, their values, and the business they’re building.
As the Senior Coordinator, Creator Partnerships, you’ll be the operational backbone for the creators you work with. You’ll manage campaign execution end-to-end with brands, ensure creators are prepped and supported, and keep everything moving with clarity and great communication.
If you’re just as energized by staying organized and keeping projects moving as you are by the creative and marketing side of working with creators, this role will feel like a great fit. You’ll collaborate closely with creators and brands, help bring smart content to life, and operate at the center of fast-moving creator businesses.
What you'll do:
Manage brand partner relationships — act as the strategic, reliable point of contact for brands in active campaigns
Oversee campaign delivery — own timelines, review cycles, approvals, and ensure all deliverables hit quality standards
Serve as a player-coach on the creator partnership team — provide guidance to coordinators, set priorities, review work, ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Coordinate across teams — work with Creator Partnerships Managers (creator-side) and the Brand Partnerships team (ad sale team) to deliver excellent service to both creators and brands
Represent Smooth Media in external communication — ensure brand partners feel confident, heard, and attended to at every stage
What we're looking for:
3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a related role (experience in creator/talent partnerships is a plus)
You’re great with people — you can keep different stakeholders in the loop, smooth out issues as they come up, and make sure everyone feels informed and supported
You’re organized and get things done — managing multiple campaigns, staying on top of details, and keeping timelines tight is just how you operate
You’re comfortable guiding others — you know how to delegate, give feedback, set expectations, and help a small team do their best work
Based in NYC or open to being in NYC (our team is in-office Mon-Thurs)
What we can offer:
Competitive compensation
Health, dental, and vision insurance
Unlimited PTO (mandatory 10 days per year minimum)
