Smooth Media is looking for a newsletter writer to support our team. Our mission at Smooth is to help creators operate and scale their businesses, and a key pillar of that is ideating, launching and publishing newsletters. Check out a few to get an idea of what we mean.

In this position, you’ll be a part of our editorial team and be responsible for writing one or several newsletters we operate.

‍What you'll do:

• Collaborate with the editorial team to pitch and write each newsletter
• Provide original research, thoughtful analysis, and creative initiatives
  
• Own the niche of your newsletter—we operate newsletters in several different content areas and understanding the space you write about is key!
• Attend regular meetings with the newsletter’s broader team

• Professional writing experience, newsletter experience preferred
• Editorial leadership and willingness to own projects
